Architectural Drawings
Our team of skilled architects will collaborate closely with you to understand your vision and translate it into detailed architectural drawings.We offer complimentary house plans, electrical layouts, elevations, and other design services to customers who build with us. Alternatively, we can work with your existing plans if you have them.
Home Renovation
Our renovation services encompass a wide range of repairs and restoration work for your existing building. This includes addressing structural issues such as cracks, as well as cosmetic enhancements like retiling floors. We also specialize in replacing doors and windows. Our team can upgrade your electrical or plumbing systems by replacing outdated fittings and fixtures to ensure safety and functionality. Permits/Licenses
Navigating the permit and licensing process can be complex and time-consuming. Assistance will be provided in finalizing civil, architectural, and engineering drawings; submitting and remitting the requisite fees to the Ministry of Finance for drawing processing; and formally presenting the completed drawings and application forms to the Physical Planning Unit (PPU).
